Return on investment of marketing spend has caused consternation for business owners for, well, as long as they’ve been spending on marketing. Ultimately, we want to sell products and with the right marketing considerations we might be able to sell it for more, to different groups, more often, pre-sell – the list goes on. So how do we know when things are moving in the right direction? What else can we measure beyond what we’ve sold right now, today?
Rich has worked in marketing and advertising for over 35 years. He’s worked on world-leading brands you know, world-leading brands people often have never heard of and many small and family-owned brands too. For the last 14 years, he has delivered lectures and, for about ten years, seminars to international MAs in Marketing & Advertising at Leeds University Business School.
