Mark Fallon

Mark Fallon is CEO of SYB2, an innovative supplier of commercial legal services, committed to supporting
companies across the country.

Business owners recognise the need for robust and effective supplier/ customer contracts,
shareholder agreements and employment documentation, amongst many others, but are
often put off at the prospect of engaging a lawyer, potentially causing risk to the business
of monetary loss, reputational damage, and conflict.

According to our research, reasons for such reluctance to engage legal expertise include
the prospect of spiralling costs, lawyer “over-complication” and excessive use of legal
jargon.

At SYB2, we take the “pain” away from dealing with business legal essentials, by providing
accessible, dependable expertise in a straightforward but client-focused way.

Here’s how we work

1. We truly understand our clients’ businesses and we pride ourselves on our proactive
and collaborative approach.

2. Our prices are always transparent, fixed and agreed at the outset.

3. We pair our clients with a highly qualified, experienced professional who will
provide an empathetic and outcome-focused service.

4. We offer both transactional and retained services, providing flexibility to suit our
client’s business needs.

5. Our business is based around us developing successful, long-term relationships
with our clients and delivering continuous commercial value.

Our aim is to ensure that business owners are fully protected, and we, therefore, offer a no cost review of their current contractual arrangements and provide suggested solutions to resolve any gaps.

SYB2 provides all aspects of business-to-business corporate, commercial and company law, HR and Employment services.

Mark enjoys all sports but, in particular, cricket and football, being passionate about Lancs CCC and Blackburn Rovers FC, with all the stress that entails!. He has played for Lancashire 2nd at cricket and has been club professional/coach and captain for a number of clubs in Lancashire. He still plays cricket to a reasonably high standard.

Mark’s other passion is cooking and he was fortunate to have attended Ballymaloe Cookery School in East Cork – 3 month professional chefs course.
