Simon has had an extensive management career in the software and services sectors, in senior management and board level positions. He has held domestic and international responsibility, including European, EMEA and Asia-Pacific remits in both public and private companies, specialising in both turnaround and high-growth situations, for which he has built world-class teams. He has led teams delivering solutions for an impressive array of blue-chip clients, including JP Morgan, UBS, BP, Vodafone and VW.
Over the last fifteen years, Simon has started a number of businesses, including his own successful business delivering IT consultancy services to medium and large corporate and institutional clients, and co-founding a private equity investment company focusing on the acquisition, improvement and, ultimately, exit of SME businesses. He has significant experience of raising finance to support company growth and of driving business growth to maximise exit value.
