“The company is a construction business, based in the North West. A big challenge that the company is currently facing is having proper financial management, both in terms of real time cash flow forecasting and tracking budgets across projects. They are looking for a Non-Executive FD who can spend a couple of days per month with the team, ensuring they are doing the right things. Ideally, someone with construction industry experience or, at least, a multi-project-based environment”.
